Our Community

Conveniently Located

Adams House sits atop a hill in the small town of Myrtle Creek, offering convenient access to Ray's Market and Douglas Medical Clinic. Myrtle Creek sits in the heart of Douglas County in a beautiful valley along the South Umpqua river just off I-5,  within easy reach of both Roseburg and Grants Pass.

Residents of Adams House enjoy beautiful views of the  surrounding hills which host abundant deer and quail. The courtyard invites wildlife viewing and peaceful reflection while a meandering pathway around the exterior of the community encourages morning walks and evening strolls.

Dedicated Care Staff

Our entire staff is committed to pursuing the highest quality of life for our residents. Daily care is provided by dedicated caregivers, with oversight provided by a registered nurse. We offer personalized care to support our resident’s unique needs and preferences. Staff is on duty 24/7 to provide assistance if needed with ambulation, doctor appointments, bathing, eating, incontinent care, medication management or dressing, day or night.

Our friendly and  knowledgeable staff receive regular professional training and continuing education well beyond what’s required for certification or licensing. It’s one of the many ways Adams House is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Truly Personalized Services... Geared to Each Individual Resident’s Needs

Our residents pride themselves in taking as active a role as they can in making Adams House the vibrant community it is. Unlike in nursing homes, traditional long-term care, or skilled nursing settings, resident independence and involvement in community life and daily routine, is part of what makes Adams House so special. It’s not a one-size-fits all approach. Residents receive the services they desire, when they request it, from minimal or occasional services to substantial ongoing support.
